ShipQ by infoSpring gives your team the ability to easily schedule shipments by giving them a real-time view of inventory levels, availability and order status. In this easy to read application, shipments can be scheduled and verified with WMS, sales orders and inventory data from Macola. The ShipQ color-coded screen, provides details on customer orders and makes locating orders easy with user-defined search capabilities.

Also with ShipQ's unique load-meter feature, you will be able to view truck load capacities by cubic ft, weight and number of pallets. Letting you plan and virtually pack deliveries ahead of time. Once you've scheduled shipments, use ShipQ's Microsoft MapPoint integrator to plan your route and load your deliveries according to stopping points.

Forecast Master
Create forecasts faster and easier with this Excel Based forecasting tool. Forecast master helps users and forecast planners create accurate forecasts based on historical and newly acquired data. Add a sales team or managers' input to your forecast with the Sales Forecaster. This added function allows your sales team to include their forecasted sales information into sales workbooks for consolidation in to one master forecast in a matter of minutes.

iPop by infoSpring gives you production reporting throughout the day, as it happens at various points, instead of at the end of production. Its real-time production reporting features enable your company to sell, pick and ship products immediately; cutting the cost and amount of time products are stored in the warehouse.

iPop integrates with Macola Es for enhanced control of production schedules and resources. It allows you to proactively plan and avoid shortages of materials, inventory and resources. iPOP’s management controls such as reporting validation and complete audit trails provide comprehensive production information to keep you informed of events as they happen.

PLUS- Get even more real-time production floor information with iRoute for iPop. This add-on feature for iPop improves visibility, providing detailed information of production order status and location.

iShip Integrator seamlessly interfaces Starship to Macola WMS, transferring order and customer detail, such as billing information, bill of lading number and carton weight. Eliminate lost or incorrect shipments with its unique feature that integrates WMS carton information (such as carton weight and SSCC18 serial number) to shipment tracking number. Shipment data, including the cross reference numbers, is transmitted to your carrier and, as in the case of Federal Express and Bed, Bath and Beyond then transmitted by the carrier to your customer. This solution has met requirements for Bed, Bath and Beyond and Federal Express.

Additionally, the SSCC18 (WMS carton serial number) can be printed on your parcel label to ensure that the proper UCC-128 matches the corresponding parcel label.
